ITube, YouTube, WeAllTube!

I've recently become obsessesed with the video sharing web site "YouTube."
Okay, okay. I know. I'm totally late to the game. Everyone and their brother is on board with YouTube. Google bought the site for a bazilliion dollars. And of course you can find the most obscure video clips - from Doug Flutie's Hail Mary pass to clips from G-Force, one of my favorite cartoons.
But my obsession is more with posting than with viewing videos. In the last 24 hours I have created and uploaded my family's video Christmas card, as well as several client ad spots. The interface is amazingly easy, and the tools they give are actually intuitive. I'm so used to working with sites that are supposed to easy, but actually aren't, that YouTube has been a true revelation.
There is one thing I'd like to point out that struck me as funny. YouTube, which is know for all the "lifted" clips, actually states on the download screen "Do not upload copyrighted material for which you don't own the rights or have permission from the owner."
I suppose that is classic "CYA" tactics.... as long as we said it, we're not responsible.
Anyway, check out my latest obsession, and my family's Christmas Card!
Thanks to Jonathan Coulton for the great song "Stroller Town" which is playing in the background.
