Our favorite magazine for working moms, Working Mother (of course), is looking for nominations for Working Mother of the Year 2007. To quote the web site:

If anyone knows what it means to be an amazing working mother, it's you! So we're asking for your help in our search for three women who set the bar when it comes to success in work and life.

Nominate a girlfriend, your mom, your boss—or yourself! We're looking for both new moms and experienced moms who are leaders at home and in the workplace.

Tell us about a go-getter, still new to the working world, who grabs your respect. Or an innovator who's made up her own rules and lives by them—beautifully. __Or a role model who shows us how to succeed and thrive at home and at the office.

Nominate a mom who:
- Balances work and family successfully
- Is great with her kids
- Leads at work
- Gives back to her community
- Overcomes obstacles
- Carves out new territory at home and at work
- Inspires and motivates others

Tell us about your candidate in your submission. Be sure to include details, based on the points above, that illustrate why this working mom is the best of the best. The winners will be featured in the May issue of Working Mother and honored by Working Mother Media at an awards ceremony in New York City.

All entries must include your name, daytime and nighttime phone numbers and email address, plus a photo of the woman you're nominating. Due to the volume of entries, we will not be able to respond to each submission or return any pictures sent to us by mail.
