I began watching the lecture online one morning in my classroom before school started. I was quickly reduced to tears and had to turn it off before I was too red faced to greet my kids for the day. I had every intention of going back and watching the whole thing but had forgotten about it. If I remember to set my DVR tonight, I'll watch it...when I have some time to myself.

I've watched the whole lecture on YouTube. For me, I found it very inspiring. He is such a positive person, and has such a positive message. The stuff where he talks about his students is really funny. I recommend watching it. Myself, I took the advice as a way to move forward in a positive manner to make my goals happen, not to look back and regret. :)

I did watch this and loved quite a few 'take home points' from this lecture. One of my faves was that since we all have a limited amount of time on this planet, you choose how to spend it... do you want to be a Tigger (optimistic, fun) or an Eeyore (gloomy, dumpy)? My husband was acting Eeyore-ish and I told him that story... and it made him smile. There's no stronger testimonial to the power of positivity than Pausch. Just when you thought you were having a bad day... watch The Last Lecture.
